Shipping costs

Shipping is offered on all UK Mainland orders at a flat rate of £4.50.

Delivery times

​

We do make to order and we make every day so usually your order is made on the day you place your order or the very next morning. We then fire the kiln overnight and aim to get the orders out that day. However at busy times it can take us a little bit longer. 

 

If you need your order for a special occasion or a certain date please let us know by email on hello@jamtartstudio.com or fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page and we will always see if we can make it happen!

 

Our orders are sent by Hermes and Royal Mail and will require a signature. They should take 1-3 days from dispatch (not guaranteed) to reach you.

Made to order products are designed, printed, decorated and fired in the kiln at our studio by us and so delivery may take 2-3 weeks. Please contact us prior to ordering if you require this service so that we can discuss this with you.

Orders sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery are subject to Royal Mail terms. Parcels are not considered lost/missing by the Royal Mail until 15 working days after the sending date. We are therefore unable to resend or refund for orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the order sending date. Tracking information is available upon request.
